Official duties:

 

- Expositions, exhibitions, museum collections and objects tours;

- Making the additions and amendments in tour programs in accordance with the internal rules of the Museum and methodological recommendations;

- Work to improve the guided tours methodology;

- Participation in the preparation of methodological recommendations and familiarization with guided tours, organizing and conducting the cultural and educational events recommendations.

 

Essential knowledge:

 

- Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Culture', The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On combating corruption', The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On the protection and use of historical and cultural heritage sites';

- The cultural history, ethnography and archaeology tailored to the specific requirements of specialization;

- Guidance materials on museum issues, the latest research works content and scientific and educational materials;

- Guided tours and lectures topics; lectures and guided tours best practices in domestic and overseas museums.

 

Qualification requirements:

 

For high-level specialists:

 

1) Top Category: An academic degree in: Education Sciences (Human Sciences), Art and Education Sciences, Social Studies, Journalism and Information; Social services (Tourism).

Work experience as a high-level Specialist of the 1st category: not less than 3 years

 

2) 1st category: An academic degree in: Education Sciences (Human Sciences), Art and Education Sciences, Social Studies, Journalism and Information; Social services (Tourism).

Work experience as a high-level Specialist of the 2st category: not less than 2 years

 

3) 2st category: An academic degree in: Education Sciences (Human Sciences), Art and Education Sciences, Social Studies, Journalism and Information; Social services (Tourism).

Work experience as a high-level Uncategorized Specialist: not less than 2 years

 

4) Uncategorized: An academic degree in: Education Sciences (Human Sciences), Art and Education Sciences, Social Studies, Journalism and Information; Social services (Tourism).

For mid-level specialists:

 

1) Top Category: Technical and Vocational Education (Tertiary Education) with a degree in Tourism or Translation Studies.

Work experience as a mid-level Specialist of the 1st category: not less than 3 years

 

2) 1st category: Technical and Vocational Education (Tertiary Education) with a degree in Tourism or Translation Studies.

Work experience as a mid-level Specialist of the 2st category: not less than 2 years

 

3) 2st category: Technical and Vocational Education (Tertiary Education) with a degree in Tourism or Translation Studies.

Work experience as a mid-level Uncategorized Specialist: not less than 2 years

Accountant

Official duties:

 

- Conductions of market surveys to government procurement;

- Participation in analysis of competing bids, available rates offers, e-procurements; participation in developing recommendations for a management of the Museum on participation in competing bids; participation in creation and maintenance of vendor databases; negotiations with contracting authority and clients; receiving the bid documentation and contracting authority or clients requests;

- Technical documentation development for procurement actions;

- Government procurement website monitoring;

 

- Preparation of the bid documents for the commission; monitoring of competitive bids and price bids offers;

- Receiving papers on admission of the organization to participate in a tender, receiving papers on the winners of tender;

- An analysis of the results about a government procurement tendering, receiving information about a rebidding process and price offers;

- Participation in identify the full cost of producing the bid documents, an information search request of potential suppliers;

- Organization and conduct of government procurement tendering; the bid documents maintenance;

- Expert consultations for the purchase of certain products. Participation in budgeting, application procedures and a government procurement tendering plan;

- Placing orders on government procurement tendering websites. coordinating dates of the signature period of tender contracts;

- Ensuring timely reporting;

- Compliance with regulations and standards for the protection of labor and fire standards.

 

 

Essential knowledge:

The legislative and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan; regulate issues of government procurement;

A basic knowledge of management, marketing and economy, methods and strategies of pricing, computer technology and software in documenting; an economic policy of the region; the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the internal workplace regulations, industrial hygiene and fire protection requirements.

 

Qualification requirements:

 

An academic degree in the relevant studies.
