Pashko Olga was born in October 28, 1967 in Pavlodar. She has a work experience of 23 years into the area of culture. She has been working the Pavlodar Regional Art Museum since 1997. In 2015 she was appointed as Deputy Head of the Pavlodar Regional Art Museum. Pashko Olga graduated from the Pavlodar Pedagogical University in 1989 with an academic degree in Chemistry and Biology. 

Since 2015, she is a member of the Union of Artists of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2019, she is a member of Eurasian Union of Designers. 

In 2011 and 2012 she was awarded the Letters of Commendation of Department of Culture of Pavlodar Region. In 2013 was awarded the Certificate of Merit of Department of Culture of Pavlodar Region. In 2015 was awarded the Certificate of Merit of Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of Pavlodar Region. 

In 2017 and 2018 was honoured with the grant of the Union of Artists of the Pavlodar Region for 'Promotion of Pavlodar Region artists working'. 

In 2018 Pashko Olga was awarded the 'Enbek Danky' (Labour Glory) Medal from Industry-based Trade Union of Culture, Information and Sports workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2017 she was awarded the Letters of Commendation of Ministry of Culture and Sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
